We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer
3. Change of Delivery Address
In case of your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact our customer service team on email@example.com as soon as possible for the changes in the order. For change of delivery address requests, we are able to accept the change at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items.

7. Pricing and Availability
The Prices and availability of the Products, offers and services provided or offered on the Website are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the Company. The prices displayed at the Website are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (“GST”), but may or may not include delivery charges.
For order containing multiple Products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to:

9. Tracking Facility
Upon dispatch of the Product, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.
